Can I request a scent that is not listed?
Tell us what feeling or scent family you want. Standard quotes use current Puresen scents; a fully custom fragrance may require a larger minimum, added testing, and more lead time.
How much time should I allow?
Four to six weeks is a comfortable planning window after details are approved. Send the request even if your timeline is shorter—we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Will I see the label before production?
Yes. Event orders with custom wording include a digital proof for approval before production.
When do I pay?
The request is free. After we confirm the scope and written quote, a deposit is required before custom production begins.
Can Puresen ship gifts to separate addresses?
Ask in the notes. One delivery address is the standard quote; multiple destinations can be priced separately.
